PROJECT: Design, provision and installation of a renewable energy system(s), home design or improvements.

SCOPE OF WORK:   We propose to furnish design services, project management, recommendations, installation, labor and materials in accordance with the plans, specifications and requirements as approved by the owner   as follows:   Solar electric system components,   improvements &/or design work as approved in the design process, on a time and materials basis at an hourly rate of $65/hr and .65/mile mileage allowance, $110 per hour plane time.   Shipping on components and system hardware and materials are additional.   Sales on systems components are final.   Applicable sales tax to be charged as required.

Order to commence in        , 2005.   Installation to commence in ________ or to be determined ________ _ (subject to components on hand.)   Shipping cost to be billed as incurred and determined.   Payment for labor to be paid on a twice a month basis or a mutually agreeable time span.   All costs to be invoiced as charged.   Initial payment of $_____________ towards site visit, design and balance of site visit, analysis and system design is   hereby acknowledged and agreed to, with return copy of this signed contract.

Owner is responsible for the cost of necessary permits and electrician.   Sundance Solar Designs warrants the system installation for a period of one year.   All manufacturer warranties apply.   Renewable energy systems are, by nature, load driven and dependent.   Owner assumes responsibility for proper maintenance and use of the system.

PRICE:   For the total sum of time and materials, shipping and mileage basis

CONDITIONS:   It is understood and agreed that we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or delays occasioned by fire, strikes or material stolen after delivery upon premises, lockouts, acts of God or the public enemy, accidents, boycotts, material shortages, disturbed labor conditions, delayed delivery of sellers suppliers, force majeure, inclement weather, floods, freight embargoes, causes beyond his control.   Prices quoted are in this contract and subsequent submissions are based upon current prices and upon the condition that the proposal and/or submissions will be accepted within thirty (30) days and under standard conditions for specialty contractors in the construction industry.

TERMS:   The entire amount of the contract to be paid upon completion.   A 1.5% service charge per month will be made on all past due accounts.   THIS PROPOSAL IS SUBMITTED IN DUPLICATE.   THE RETURN TO US OF ONE COPY WITH YOUR SIGNATURE SHALL CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT.
